Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
If the item is defective, send a message and we will require an image or a video of the problem
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and replacements will be determined at the time that you make contact and send proof of the defect.
Replacements
Once proof of defect is received and it is decided that a defect is present you will receive an email stating that your replacement item is being shipped.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be replaced. Sale items cannot be refunded.
